Event Details
When and where is the show?
The show will take place on Saturday, September 21st, from 9 AM to 3 PM at Maple Hill Church of Christ, 102 Maple Hill Rd, Lebanon, TN 37087.
What vehicles are eligible?
The show is open to all Ford-powered vehicles and includes 15 different classes.
What happens if it rains?
The show is a rain or shine event. In the event of severe weather, updates will be shared on our website and social media.
Where do show cars and spectators enter?
Show cars should follow signs and enter off Maple Hill Rd at the traffic light. Spectators should follow signs and traffic volunteers on the day of the show.

Registration
How do I register my vehicle?
You can register online in advance www.mcmcshow.com or on-site the morning of the show. (Don’t forget prizes for those preregistered participants)
What time does registration open?
On-site registration begins at 8:00 AM and closes at 11:00 AM.
What is the registration fee?
The fee is $20 in advance or $25 on the day of the show.
Are there classes for different types of vehicles?
Yes! There are 15 total classes for Mustangs and other Ford-powered vehicles. A full class breakdown is available on the registration page.
Is there an incentive for preregistration?
Yes! All preregistered participants are eligible for a $150 cash prize incentive to be given away during the show, as well as other prizes.

Judging & Awards
What time does judging start?
Judging begins at 11:00 AM.
When are awards announced?
Awards will be presented starting at approximately 2:00 PM.
Who does the judging?
Vehicles are judged by a team of impartial, experienced club members and volunteers following a points-based system.
What types of awards are given?
Cash prizes include $750 for 1st place, $500 for 2nd place, and $250 for 3rd place, in addition to trophies awarded in 15 different classes.

Spectators & Activities
Is there an entry fee for spectators?
Spectator entry is free! Donations are always welcome and help support our scholarship fund.
What else is happening at the show?
We’ll have food vendors, merchandise sales, a silent auction, door prizes, a DJ/emcee, and a kids’ area with games and activities.

Merchandise & Vendors
Will shirts and merchandise be available?
Yes, event shirts and club merchandise will be available for purchase on-site while supplies last.
Can I reserve a shirt in advance?
Yes, we offer a limited presale for apparel. Details and deadlines will be posted on our website and social media.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, card, and Venmo will be accepted for all transactions the day of show.
